Chronic kidney failure can cause urine that is cloudy with either hidden blood or obvious blood by the tea color. Chronic kidney failure can be sneaky. When it is more mild, you will probably be asymptomatic. As it moves forward, symptoms will begin showing more with other things such as vomiting and no appetite, feeling nauseaous, headaches, itchy skin, and lack of urination the longer it goes unnoticed. A sexually transmitted disease known as gonorrhea can cause cloudy urine, nausea and vomiting, pain on urination, cramps in females, pain in testicles in males, and a lot of stomach pains. So it causes an overall general unwellness in both male and female partners. A lot of times the urine may also show pus and the formation of vaginal lumps. There is also a rare disorder known as Goodpasture’s Syndrome. This is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks its own cells. The indications that you may have Goodpasture’s Syndrome is cloudy urine, nausea and vomiting, feeling weakness in the whole body, coughing up blood, angina which is pain in the chest, decreased urine output, foamy urine, and trouble breathing. This disorder when it does occur in some people, causes the kidneys to fail very quickly and is connected somehow or other to lung disease too.
